3. Digital Content & Immediate Access

Certain digital products, course materials, and online services may be delivered or made accessible immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing such products or services, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you waive any applicable statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights to the extent permitted under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live online session, any request to reschedule must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be granted at our sole discretion.

Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session, as well as missed appointments or non-attendance, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
